Last year we took in three foster litters and placed 7 kittens into their adoptive forever homes! This year we're hoping to double that number.

This year we've already placed 8 kittens we'll be getting our third litter soon!

$1 feeds a cat for 1 Day

In early 2016 we lost out cat Avocado, a beautiful, friendly black cat with green eyes. It was a very sudden loss and my wife Amanda was devistated by the loss of her friend. Not ready to move on to getting a new cat of our own, she decided to start fostering.

CuteAvalanche is my own project, a tumblr blog that features cute animals, cats and dogs. It seemed like purrfect merger to join the success of cuteavalanche with the ability to help foster kittens in Los Angeles, and maybe one day in other cities and states!

At the begining of 2018 we got our first litter of the year - 3 beautiful 5 week old kittens; named Rey, Finn & Poe - hence the Paw Wars Foster Kittens. Working with Kitten Rescue, these kittens were saved from a shelter and won't be ready for adoption for at least 3 or 4 weeks (they're so small!). With your donations we were able to cover all the costs for these amazing kittens!

Introducing Rebel
After we started this we brought on a fourth kitten who is two weeks older. We've named him Rebel, he's all black and full of energy! (Pic coming) Rebel will be ready for adoption very soon.

While Kitten Rescue helps with the medical expenses, we're on our own for the basic essentials, like food, kitty litter, etc.

What the Money Will Be Used For:

Please help us with a small donation to feed the kitties and make their lives happy. The small goal we're asking for is enough to feed them and give them littler for about 2 months. Which should be enough time to find homes for them.

What Happens if We Raise More:
If we raise more than what we're asking for, the extra will be used for:
• Toys
• Scratching Posts
• a new Cat Tree
• a new cage (ours is decades old!)
and more things that'll make the kitten's stay with us feel more like hanging at a fancy pants cat hotel!

KITTEN CAM LIVE STREAM

The kitten cam is currently live 7 days a week during daylight hours only. We can only broadcast in SD, as we're using a very old computer and camera. One day we hope to upgrade our equipment to create a HD experience with multiple cameras (and with night vision).

EXCLUSIVE DONOR KITTEN CAMS!
We do currently have 3 night vision cameras that are available exclusively to our donors at $25 per litter. For the length of a litter's stay at our foster home, you'll get access to the private cams with nightvision.

Strech goals are a community drive goal system, as our campaign gains more donations and reachs new milestones we'll unlock new stretc goals, rewards and more!
