Feed Native American Children for Christmas

Hunger stalks the Montana Native Reservations like a great grey beast. It is routine for children to go to bed with an aching, empty stomach. The reservations are isolated, far from cities where folks have a chance to make a living. They were designed like that, meant to be forgotten, to be invisible. These strong, spiritual people have struggled for survival for many years. Now, COVID-19 has brought additional suffering, with skyrocketing deaths and job losses. This has made it so much worse, with the people dealing with the grief from loss of family members as well as economic catastrophe. We have seen Native elders raising 7 grandchildren alone. The Native American Children's Association is an all-volunteer non-profit, active since 2006, so 100% of your donation will go to put food on the table as the icy winds of a Montana winter assault Native homes that often lack heat and running water.
