Car Accident! Need Help !

I am in urgent need of any help at this point. Let me give you some background. I took care of my father when she was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. She did not get to the stage of invalid, but for 8 years I was a large part of her emotional support, and ride to the doctors, grocery store and most other errands. She died 12/24/2010. Within about 5 months my mother went downhill healthwise. She however did get to the point of being completely dependant on my help. She died 08/25/2016. Long story short I was unable to keep her house. I was able to use the funds from the house (after paying off the reverse mortgage note) to get into a mobile home with my best friend who had also helped me with my mom. I was also able to purchase a vehicle. I used this vehicle as a second income source. I was also dealing with quite a bit of depression. This is when I made the bad choice to take out a title loan on my car, and it began to go down hill from there. Then I got into a car accident on 11/05/2018. At some point when I switched insurance I managed to click/unclick something that caused my vehicle to not be covered. So now I am out my second source of income. And the car is totaled. I now have the title loan and the lack of a 2nd income. The car is still at the tow lot, the title loan will be coming due, as are all of the bills that the 2nd income was used to pay. I am desperate. I currently have a full time job with great benefits, but I'm looking for a second one as well. I am not looking for enough to buy a new car. I am just trying to take care of current bills and pay off what I owe so that I can buy a new(used) one. I wish I could do this on my own, but I have screwed myself up too bad. Please if you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
