Medical Expenses for Jack DeRouen

Hi my name is Barry Bouillion and i'm  writing in lew of my neighbor and  friend Jack DeRouen a husband and father of three children, who is the sole provider for his family. Jack was involved in a serious accident involving a Union Pacific train on Monday September 29th 2014 @ 5:00 p.m. Shortly after he was air-lifted to Lourde's hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana  in critical condition. His condition has since deteriorated having a broken neck, facial fractures and no function to his lower limbs.
