FCL Youth Community Mission Trip Fundraiser!

This June, the FCL Youth Community 2021 Summer Mission Trip team will head to Tower Hill Camp and Retreat Center in Sawyer, Michigan! We will be working quite hard on a number of projects to get the camp ready for the summer– including a “legacy project” that all can admire for years to come. We are seeking your support for this trip. Your donation will help pay for scholarships, all expenses, and even a gift for the camp who is providing us a safe way to serve.
The pandemic has limited our ability to fundraise in our regular ways (Chili Cook-Offs and Pancake Breakfasts were definitely off the menu this year!). For this reason, your support means more than ever this year.
The goal of these mission trips is to show youth an aspect of life that they may not necessarily be exposed to in their daily lives in both urban and rural settings. In doing so, we strive to both raise awareness of those around us who may be less fortunate and to lend a helping hand to those who need it. Youth are empowered to make a change for good in the world while offering respect and dignity to the community where we serve. PLEASE NOTE: Mary Cation (who is listed as "receiving" the funds) is the FCL Assistant Treasurer making sure that all funds received are directed to the Youth Community Mission Trip.
