My Aunt’s House Burned Down

My Aunt’s house unexpectedly caught fire tonight. She lives alone since my Uncle suffered a stroke 2 years ago and is currently in a veteran’s care facility. He served several tours in Vietnam, and is permanently disabled. The poor woman is left with nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated. I’m asking on her behalf since she doesn’t have ANYTHING right now.
I’m a Kappa Sigma brother, and former firefighter myself. Please have a heart during this holiday season to help someone who has lost everything.

For those asking how you can help aside from GoFundMe. Here are some items that are needed/appreciated that can either be mailed or dropped off.
Right now, gift cards are a great option if go fund me is not an option you would like to use. If you wish to mail a gift card, please email me at [email redacted] for our address, or you can electronically send an e-gift card to that same address. Here are some stores where a gift card would be appreciate: Acme Supermarkets, ShopRite, Stop and Shop, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aide, Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, KMart, Harmon’s Discount Cosmetics, Bed Bath and Beyond, Macy’s, Amazon.com, QVC, HSN, Lane Bryant, Women Within, Roaman’s, Blair, Home Depot, Lowe’s. I tried to provide as many options as possible because we are now looking for a temporary accommodation/housing for her.
Items that can be used immediately and dropped off/picked up include: bottled water, shampoo and conditioner that is safe for color treated hair, bath towels and wash cloths, a bath/shower mat, body washes (cannot be anything that smells strongly of perfume), decaf tea (can be tea bags or k-cups), a couple coffee mugs/tea cups, dishes/silverware, frying pan, sauce pan, pot for boiling pasta etc, toothpaste, mouthwash, denture cleansing tablets, gummy multi vitamins (doesn’t have to be women’s formula), pillows, blankets, and pillow cases.
We don’t know what furniture will be needed yet and we don’t know what size bed she will be having either. Currently we are looking for a temporary place for her to live whilst insurance does its job with her claim. Thank you all for your generosity, I’m very happy we have exceeded our goal and are able to help my aunt Jennifer Virack out in these trying times. I have set up withdrawals and added her with the capability to receive the funds directly.
