Father tragically killed in car crash

In the early morning hours of NYE my brother’s car spun out when he hit a patch of ice on the interstate on his way into work. He was struck, driver side, by an on coming truck and was killed upon impact.

My brother was a husband and father to two young children; an 8 year old little girl and an 8 month old little boy. His children were the pinnacle of his existence. Just an amazing, loving father that his presence would light up the room for his kids as soon as he walked in.

In recent months he relocated to South Dakota to be closer to his wife’s family and take an opportunity to build a future for his family by taking a job assembling fire trucks at a factory 45 minutes away because of the benefits he could provide for his family: including the necessary life insurance policy every head of household should have...Those benefits would become active as of January 1, 2020....the timing of this tragedy just adds to the financial stress his widow is now faced with, not to mention the only family car they shared was totaled in the accident.

Josh was an amazing father, a kind and silly hearted human being, climbing the ropes to find his way in life to provide as best he could for his family. He had so much heart and so much to give- for it to just abruptly end as a 30 year old young man is just beyond words.

Any contribution during this vast time of grieving to help lessen the financial strain on his wife would be insurmountably appreciated.
