Father of 7 needs help

I had spinal fusion surgery on my back and was placed on permanent restrictions. I lost my disability case due to the fact that I was considered too young but I believe it was a bias decision as the judge worked for the company that laid me off 15 years ago. Since then I have been losing jobs due to the fact they find out about my surgery and restrictions and don't offer me permanent employment. I have been struggling to keep afloat as all my savings has been diminished. I have recently lost my registration and car insurance and have fallen behind on major bills. All I ask is for a jump start to get my car back so I can drive for uber as it seems that may be my best option for employment due to my restrictions and to be able to provide again.
