Hi, I'm Elijahone. I've been Fasting off and on from May 1st 2020 to July 31st 2021. On this day, I began 3-day extended Fasts for over 12 months straight with incredible benefits.
I re-listened to a lecture from Dr. Pradip Jamnadas (for about the 5th time) about companies not willing to support him, because there's no financial gain in you or me, regular people, getting better.
His words and my experiences up to that moment gave me the drive to support in the way that I could knowing how Fasting has positively impacted my life.
I started writing news articles on the topic. In doing so, I was able to interview Drs. Jason Fung, Co-Founder of The Fasting Method; Alan Goldhamer, Founder of TrueNorth Health Center; Jennifer L. Scott of The Daily Connoisseur and Author of the Madame Chic Series; Elliott Hulse, the Strongman and Founder of Strength Camp, Drs. Nathan Gershfeld and Renae Thomas, the Founder and Medical Director of Fasting Escape, respectively, and so many more.
On my 2.5 year journey of learning new & old knowledge and having my own Fasting experiences, I've learned that there are a lot of misconceptions about Fasting for Health & Wellness alongside what it means to have a good quality of life.
I'm now on a mission to dispel the misconceptions and misinformation about Fasting to inspire and motivate you to take your health into your own hands to have greater health and to live a better quality of life...
