Farm Tractor for Gambia

Buba Ceasay has worked with me in the construction industry for the last 10 years. He was born in Gambia and came to the United States for a better life.
He is attempting to save money for a used tractor with a disk implement to be shipped back home to his family in Gambia.
He is a very hard worker and a dedicated Father to his children. Buba has always put his children and family before himself by making sure they have everything they need. (food, clothing, school supplies and sending extra money home to Gambia so his family will have the bare food essentials)
Recently his Uncle Jonkunda in Gambia passed away leaving Buba to be the Alkallo (Leader) of his family. As the oldest Male in the family, it is customary for him to take this role very seriously.
Buba has taken on every extra hour he is offered at work to make extra money. His dream is to save up enough to purchase and ship a Farm Tractor with a disk for his family in Gambia to use for Farming their own food.
So far, Buba has saved almost $4,000 on his own but the needs of his family in Gambia seem to slow the speed in which he can save money.
As his boss at work, I admire his work ethic. As a man, I am motivated by his dedication to family. As his friend, I love him for his heart. I am grateful to have Buba as a friend and co-worker.
By providing his family a tractor to farm their own food, would relieve a burden that he carries with him everyday. Buba has worked very hard and earned my help. I hope you feel the same.
I would be eternally grateful to be able to provide him with a way of doing this very unselfish deed for his family.
