Please help us try to keep our Mum alive

Last year, thanks to an INCREDIBLE support network of family & friends, we raised around £8,000 for our Mother, following her stage 3.1c cancer diagnosis. Link to previous fundraiser 

Two weeks ago, I made this new fundraiser following my Mum's prolonged and traumatic stay in hospital where she underwent life safe surgery. At that point, the cancer was stage 4 (terminal), having spread from her cervix into the uterus, ovaries and liver. She had been dealt with a prognosis of two years to live provided that chemotherapy was continued.

Today I update the fundraiser again, following the absolute bombshell that they think Mum only has weeks left to live.

She has just returned home from yet another stint in hospital. The cancer in her liver has grown.. Chemo is no longer an option - her body is too weak.

We have one more shot at keeping our treasured Mother here with us for longer, but it is very expensive, and may not be possible. We have to try though.. How can we not?  Dendritic Cell Therapy costs £25,000 and can be done from her own home. It is our only chance now. 

We will be upping the fundraising, as well as looking into loans..

If the treatment is not possible, the money will go to ensuring that Mum is comfortable and has everything she needs..
