UPDATE:
Today I finally get to go home, I've been in a care facility since August! I have mixed emotions about it. But overall extremely excited. I'll be home over 12 hours a day a lot and my home is not finished getting handicap accessible. Our mommy is running extremely thin and we are asking you all, our friends and family, for any help they are able to offer. Even if it's a dollar or just sharing this post we will be grateful! I love you all and I thank you for all your support!!! God bless!

Hi, my name is Jessica Scarborough . A few weeks ago I injured my back while moving boxes and once I ended up going to the doctor last week, we found out I needed to have surgery in my spinal cord. Upon waking up from the surgery I found out I was left with the disability of being paralyzed from the waste down. I have been in the hospital since last Thursday waiting on a room at an rehabilitation center to learn how to live my new life style. We are asking for belp for medical equipment for our home like, ramps, wheelchairs, shower chair etc, and also a handicap accessible van to help me travel from place to place with my family. My husband has been taking off of work a lot to help me with this new difficult journey as we are beginning to be behind on our bills and food for our home and the needs of our children and pets. Any help would be appreciated, even just $1, prays or spreading the word of our unexpected struggles. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help spread and read our story.
