SSgt Christopher Covin of the 60th Security Forces Squadron was deployed to the AOR when he received news that he lost his sister in an unexpected and tragic manner. The family is seeking help to cover the costs of the funeral. Unfortunately, since the sister is not affiliated with the Air Force, the usual methods such as Air Force Aid and other avenues are unable to support. We are asking that we come together for one of our fellow Airman and help him and his family during this tragic time. His sister is survived by her three sons (ages 13, 16, and 18) and two grandchildren (ages 6 months and 2), and any excess funds from the funeral costs will be used to help move them and set them up for their new life.
