On January 2, 2019, Joe Ferry, a beloved member of the South Philadelphia String Band, was tragically involved in a car accident that took his life, along with the lives of his fiancé Kelly Wiseley, and best friend, Denny Palandro Jr.
Following the tragedy, our family was hesitant to create a GoFundMe page. However, in an effort to keep Joe's memory alive in the hearts of those who loved him, we have created this page in response to the overwhelming amount of support we have received.
Donations will go directly to his mother, Donna Ferry. Please keep Denny Palandro Jr.'s wife, Nicole Palandro, in your prayers as she faces a long road to recovery. The outpouring of love for Joe has been extraordinary. The Ferry family is still in mourning,
