Why we're writing.
On Saturday September 7th, 2019 Aaron Broughton was suddenly killed while working with his father as they were building his family's home. Like every other weekend past year, Aaron had been diligently piecing together the next steps of his family's future together on their beautiful piece of farmland in Minnesota.
By the time his wife Stephanie, and his father could rush him to the nearest hospital, he had already passed. He leaves behind his wife, Stephanie; children, Sylvie (3) and Ladd (1).
Aaron.
Aaron was a faithful and compassionate man; generous and loving, wise beyond his years. He would drop everything to help anyone in need and always knew the right thing to say in any situation.
He was devoted to his wife and children. He radiated love and positivity, and his faith in God. He enjoyed restoring cars, working with cattle and horses, old country music, coffee, being busy, and working with his hands.
How we're using these funds : to complete the construction of their home.
Stephanie, Ladd and Sylvie still desire to complete the home Aaron began. Aaron was able to complete the shell of the house, but there is still nothing inside.
Above all, Stephanie wants to live in their home, as a memorial to Aaron so their children can remember their father.
