Family Needs Help: Mom is in the Hospital

In August of 2020, my mom was rushed to the hospital after experiencing severe abdominal pain. This issue was caused by her preexisting hernia. Over the past years, it has required multiple surgeries. The latest surgery was carried out during the emergency room visit. It resulted in complications that led her to suffer a brief coma. She was then diagnosed with a chronic fistula and transferred to a specialty hospital. Now, she is left bedridden while having a wound vac attached to her stomach daily. It’s been almost six months since she was hospitalized. There is no indication given that she will be discharged any time soon due to the seriousness of her condition. My mom was the responsible adult of our household who took care of my younger brother and I. It is very hard for me trying to pay bills and provide other necessities such as food. I am a student that attends school full-time and hasn’t reached financial stability yet. Between the savings that my mom has and from my own, I have been able to maintain my family. But eventually, those funds will be exhausted. The truth is that we need help during this difficult time. I ask if you can please contribute any amount that fits your possibility.
