Family involved in horrific car accident

Donation protected

On the evening of November 6, 2020 my dear brother Tom, wife Priscilla, and their son Maximiliano were tragically struck by a man who lead Guadalupe County deputies on pursuit into Bexar County in a high speed chase while driving a stolen vehicle. This careless act from this individual has forever changed the course of my brother and his family’s life. It is nothing short of a miracle that my beloved brother, sister-in-law, and nephew are still here with us today fighting for their lives. Their vehicle was struck head on at full impact.

No one ever imagines that something as horrific as this would ever happen to them or to their loved ones. It’s absolutely the worst feeling I have felt in my life. I’m consumed with emotions and I want to take all their pain away. My heart aches for them and my family. Tom and Priscilla are the sweetest, most giving people I know. Tom has always been our big teddy bear. Big guy with lots of love. I’ve always admired his great sense of humor and cleverness. Some of my best childhood memories are the ones with him where we laughed and joked about the silliest things. And Priscilla, she has a heart of gold. She would help anyone who needed it. Her heart is pure and full of love and I thanked God for bringing her into my brothers life. And our precious little Max, big boy like his daddy but such a calm and peaceful essence just like his mommy. He is the newest family member in our lives and we adore him dearly and at two months old our little guy is fighting for his life. We’re not giving up hope. They’re all so strong and fighting hard to survive.

Tom, Priscilla, and Max have sustained multiple severe injuries and are all in Intensive Care Units. My brother has suffered multiple facial lacerations, fractured ribs, fractured spine and a broken clavicle. Priscilla suffered several fractured ribs, fractured spine, lacerations, both arms are completely shattered and she is currently intubated and sedated. Baby Max has suffered a broken clavicle , fractured hip, severe swelling in his brain and hemorrhaging. They all have a long road to recovery ahead of them and I’m asking please if you’re reading this if you can find it in your heart to donate. No amount is too small. All funds collected will be used for medical expenses towards Tom, Priscilla, and Max’s recovery. I will continue to update on their status as we get word. In addition please keep my family in prayer. We ask for healing and strength during this difficult time.

Isaiah 41:10
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
