Fire sparks leaving family homeless

On February 13, 2022, while myself, my 3 children, and sister (who was visiting from out of town )were sleeping in my apartment at approximately 1:30 a.m. in Northwest Miami Dade , a fire ensued in the apartment adjacent to mine, which eventually spread to my unit causing my family and I to rush out.

I LOST EVERYTHING, DUE TO THIS FIRE.... ALL of my personal belongings, my children's belongings, important documents, etc. were destroyed and damaged. We ran out with what we had on.

Thank God we made it out safely. We are HOMELESS and in need of somewhere to lives. We have nothing. We will have to start all over. We will need clothing, personal items, furniture, bedding, food, medical / mental care, household items, PPE, access/ copies of important documents, etc.

This GoFundMe account is being set up to assist US (my 3 children and I) as we begin our journey of starting over. Nothing is the apartment was salvageable. This experience has been devastating and traumatic for me and my 3 children.

We are long road of healing and recovering to get our lives back.
