Family and Friends please help my son

Karter was shot 4 times and one of the bullets shattered his eye and fragments from the bullet are still in his brain. He lost his left eye and will need specialized care for the rest of his life. He is a fighter and continue to shock the doctors with his progress daily. Any help for Karter is greatly appreciated
