Faith's heart and kidney transplant

At the age of 13 I  was diagnose with a rare kidney disease which led me into total kidney failure at the age of 16  which require me to do treatment 3 times a week. At the age of 19  I tried a new type of treatment called PD. PD treatment was not successful which stressed my heart out and caused me to going into CHF. Now at age 20 I am need of both organs transplanted. My mother and dad divorced in the mist of my sickness. My mother and I live in this beautiful home that she worked her butt off to get and I would hate to see her lose  anything. My mom will have to take FML to stay home with me until I recover. My mother is also taking off time now to take me back and forward to pre-transplant appointments several times a week.   Please pray and open up your heart and donate what you can .
