Faith Tapestry COVID-19 Appeal

Faith Tapestry Community Church (New Haven, CT and online) is a gathering of multicultural LGBTQ+ seekers, woven together by faith and Love. We are an independent church closely affiliated with the Alliance of Baptists and are seeking additional membership in the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists. 


Our calling is clear... and very specific: to be a multicultural, worshiping church for LGBTQ+ Christians. The mission of supporting the trans* community alone justifies our need to exist, but it’s really the intersectionality of race, class, gender, and sexuality that makes this community special. 

We worship now on Sunday mornings via video conference (due to COVID-19) two to three Sundays per month and offer regular online Bible studies twice per month.
