Fairfield Teen Theatre Royalties for Summer 2022

Fairfield Teen Theatre is a program with the Fairfield Parks & Recreation Dept. in Connecticut that has provided a rich theatre experience with 3 companies for kids from age 9 - 19. We have been sponsored by the Town of Fairfield for most of our 45 years however budgets have changed recently. Even with raising participation fees, car washes, program ads, pie sales, ticket sales, patron/sponsor/friend/corporate donations we struggle each summer to meet our costs & break even as required by the Town. Next summer we need to change our pay structure for the adults & teens who work with us. Last summer lots of alumni talked about doing a fund raising show however it still doesn't seem safe to get large groups together just yet - hence this Go Fund Me page.

I am asking for your help to off set our royalties for next summer's season: The Wizard of Oz Youth Edition for PreTeen, Footloose 90-minute Version for Magic Box, & Mamma Mia for Main Stage. $2,500 will pay for one of them. We hope with completing this goal & a grant that Ginna Paules has shared with us we will be able to break even and pay our staff in the new manner payroll is requiring so I can continue to do my dream job each summer.
