Covid-19 Face Shields for the Medical Personnel

Covid-19 has impacted everyone and we all want to find a way to help out. We have found a way to help by making Face Shields for the Medical personnel with our company, The Laser Shop in Crystal, MN. We have been in the laser engraving business since 2005.  We laser cut the plastic shields and headbands. Then apply foam to the headbands  and include rubber binders to adjust size. We have been in contact with Karin Meier the Director of Development Hennepin Health Care Foundation. She was very excited that we are able to  make the face shields, due to the need for PPE for the Medical personnel. To start making these face shields we are asking for donations from $5.00 and up the sooner we receive the funding  the faster we can get these to the Medical personnel that needs them. This will kick start us into  major production. We have 3 laser machines to be able to get a lot of face shields out per day.  We are a husband and wife company and were looking for ways to help out. We donated our N95 mask that we use in shop and were glad to find this was another way to help out.  Stay Healthy and Socially Distanced.
