Face Shields for Local Hospitals

I am a 3D printing shop owner on Etsy in the Cincinnati area.  I was invited to a 3D printing for a cause Facebook group by Ryan Lawecki who was recently in a news article in Toledo, Ohio for 3D printing face shields for Toledo Hospital.  

I decided to start helping out my local hospitals in the Tri-county area.  So far I've reached out to a couple and have received approval to print and donate face shields. 

Several of the hospitals are almost completely out or have only issued one to their employees.  So we have a lot of work to do!

I am asking for donations to help with cost of materials to produce large quantities of the face shields.

All funds donated will go to the production and assembly of the face shields.  Any leftover donations I will use to help other 3D printing shops get started printing for their local hospitals or the cost to ship them to hospitals out of reach.

Cost Breakdown:

Frame material and time per piece: $0.75
A4 Clear shielding (per sheet): $0.28
Silicon strap for back: $0.16

Total cost per is $1.16
