This past Christmas my brother David, his wife Renee, and the kids moved up to Olympia, WA to enjoy life with their family. Since the holidays are over they are continually trying to get plugged in and settled.
The kids have finally settled into their schools and are just starting to get comfortable. Tragically on January 27th, their youngest son, Isaiah, was outside when he was struck by a minivan. The vehicle did not stop and Isaiah was flown to a hospital - He suffered from a skull fracture, swelling around his brain, and bleeding around his heart. After multiple surgeries the doctors found that there was no brain activity and decided to remove him from life support.
With my brother being in Washington the best thing I can do right now is try and help support him. If you are in a position to help please do either financially or through prayers, they are going to need a significant amount of both.
