Mero’s World

In loving memory of Rhamero West.

 

On Thursday 9th September 2021, our Mero, had finished his first day at Trafford College in Altrincham, where he had begun his catering studies to enable him to obtain the grades that he needed to pursue the career he wanted. Later that day Mero was on his way home when he decided to get some food with his friends, they ended up being chased by two cars, and then on foot through Norton Street in Manchester. As they were trying to get away, Mero slipped, and suffered stab wounds to his leg and his side. He was rushed to hospital, but sadly lost his life.

 

Mero was just 16 years old, beginning his college studies, and pursuing his dream of a music career. In June, Mero had created a music video with producer named Joe Vickers, and had recently been down to London for an interaction with Aj Tracey. Mero was working towards his dreams, he wanted to make something for himself and his family. Mero was a kind, caring and loving young man, he lit up every room with his smile, and always knew how to make everybody laugh. He was an amazing son, brother, cousin, uncle and friend, he was always surrounded by loved ones and wanted the absolute best for everyone. It was just the beginning of Mero’s life and he was tragically taken from us too soon, he is and will be so incredibly missed by all.

All monies donated will be spend on the funeral and hopefully we will have raised enough to also have put down monies for the headstone in due course.
