Save my life

My name is Josh and I'm appealing to anyone who can help a very good friend and work colleague of mine and others who is diagnosed with Wilson's disease. Wilson's disease is a genetic disorder that prevents the body from eliminating copper. The excess copper damages certain structures including the liver and nervous system. Wilson's disease is also known as hepatolenticular degeneration. There is no cure for this potentially fatal disease. I know that the only way out of this diagnoses is a liver transplant and he has slowly been getting down the list of people waiting for transplant to take place but only because his condition is deteriorating rapidly now and as far as I'm aware he has been given a time frame for when his liver is likely to pack up and full body shut down. His only way to alleviate the symptoms is to fly to America and spend 20 plus thousand on drugs that they have over there to sustain some sort of acceptable life. He has given up nearly everything he had worked for just to stay alive hopefully long enough for a successful liver transplant. To top off his unfair hand of cards he has a rare blood type to boot. This makes it harder finding possible liver donors. It depresses the hell out of me and most people around him to know that our livers can't help him due to his blood type. I can't say enough for how tough this guy is and I look up to him for fighting every day to stay alive.
