Help Michael Recover from Heart Valve Transplant

My Name is Melissa Smith , My Son Michael Survived Pneumonia and an infection in his heart valves. He has since been discharged from the hospital and is currently in a respite care facility . He will go to cardiac rehab three times a week. Right now we are trying to find him a permanent place to live. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
