Help get me off the streets

Please help me raise funds for a weekly rooms and food also hygiene items & new clean clothing. I have absolutely nothing but 1 shirt 1 jacket and 1 pair of shoes which I wear daily. I am constantly outside with nowhere to go, I was donated a phone so I can maybe reach out to resources but I have nothing. Please help me get on my feet by keeping me housed and safe each day so I can focus on getting back on track in life
