Cash's cruciate ligament surgery
Donation protected
Hey there, friends!
As you all know, my dog Cash means the world to me. He's traveled from Florida to California and from Texas to Maui and back. He's my jogging buddy, squirrel hunter and just the absolute best dog I could ask for.
A few months back he started limping and I figured at first it was just a bad landing off a tree while chasing a squirrel. However its gradually progressed and after listening to the opinion of three different vets we've concluded he's tore his cranial cruciate ligament to the point of needing surgery if he's ever going to fully heal and be able to function normally again. 3 month recovery time means he should be healed for New Years if all proceeds as planned.
I've chosen the "Central Texas Veterinary Specialty Hospital" clinic here in south Austin. Referred by my personal vet and most people/dog owners I've met, with similar stories, here in Austin. I'm very nervous about putting him under for surgery but I've weighed the pro's and cons and figure since he's only 5 1/2 years old it's better to stablize his leg now so he can continue many years of an active life.
If anyone of you fantastic friends have a few extra dollars to donate to my best friends surgery, it would be greatly appreciated.
This is my first time using "Gofundme" so I'm hoping I've set it up properly and will keep everyone updated on the fundraiser and surgery date.
Thanks for listening y'all.
Cash says, "Hello" and "he loves you" literally.
