Zachary's Lung Transplant

I am a special education teacher at the middle school where Zachary attends school. Zachary's health has declined quickly and is in need of new lungs. He has been approved for a double lung transplant at the Lucile Packard Children Hospital-Stanford. He and his grandfather need to move to Palo Alto, CA for at least 4 months to get ready for the surgery and the recovery afterward. The money will be used to offset the cost of relocating to Palo Alto for at least 4 months (apartment, food, transportation, etc.) and to offset medical costs. His family will be forever grateful for any amount donated. They would like to focus on Zachary's recovery and not worry about how to make ends meet. Zachary's health is declining quickly and his surgery will be as soon as possible, we hope:)
