F45 CSG JAX supports the Synergy Lifestyle Center

At F45 CSG JAX we are all about giving back to our members and our community which is why we are partnering up with the Synergy Lifestyle Center specifically the Ornish Reversal Program is an intensive Cardiac Rehab (ICR). The ICR designed to optimize four key areas of lifestyle: Exercise, Stress Management, Group Support, and Nutrition to not only prevent, but reverse, heart disease.

Synergy Lifestyle Center Foundation for Health exists to assist individuals who are in need of the Ornish Intensive Cardiac Rehab but are unable to bear the cost of their copay or lack of insurance coverage for the cost of the program.
