I am Francine, Aunt of Michelle.
Michelle was severely injured when her home caught fire in the early hours of Thursday September 25, 2014. Michelle sustained severe burns, 2nd and 3rd degree and was Life Flighted to San Antonio as Corpus Christi was unable to treat the severity of Michelles injuries.
As far as we know, Michelle was attempting to rescue her beloved dogs from the engulfed dwelling. Her home and all belongings, a total loss. Her car was also damaged by the intense fire.
More than donations of a monetary value, I ask for your continued prayers for healing. The road ahead will be a long and tough one for Michelle. On Wednesday she acheived one of her dreams, she became a homeowner after much hard work, two jobs and scraping and saving.
