Multiple Sclerosis and Breast Cancer

Hi. This is embarassing, humbling, sad, depressing, and a whole bunch of other adjectives. I never want my daughter to be ashamed of me, nor my family and boyfriend. This kind of feels like begging, but here is my story.
I am the single mother to an intelligent, beautiful, compassionate, caring 4 year old. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis about 2 years ago. However, I wanted to go to work. We relocated to Pittsburgh for my job. That job fell through, as the program lost its funding. I get another job 6 months later. The next job required me to work Sunday, which was hard with a littlle one.
I ended up missing a lot of work due to my MS. In May, I had what the doctor thought was a hernia. I went into surgery to come out with stomach cancer. Fortunately, it was completely removed in the surgery. I ended up missing more work and lost my job.
I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in June. I am currently in radiation treatments for this. While awaiting my disability, I have been without pay. I was also asked to move from the home I was in, due to no job. (I have since found another place). My daughter is staying with my parents while I deal with my medical issues.
I am behind on all of my bills by at least 2 months, and found out I have to have another surgery October 6. My car is in danger of repossession and the hospital is requiring copayments/coinsurance before treatments and surgery.
I am humbled to post my story, abd those of you who know me, know I am a proud person. It is hard to ask for help, but all other avenues havd been exhausted. My goal is to get well, get back on my feet, get to work, and get my baby back with me, so we can continue on with our lives. I've always heard, it's always darkest before the dawn.
