Ryker Thomas, IMTA Trip

Friends, family, business associates, my son Ryker decided he wanted to give acting, improv, tv, movies a try. In the spring he began weekly classes with a local talent development group and has really enjoyed what he has been learning and the skills he has been developing.
Ryker has been able to break though social obstacles that most of us adults are plagued with. I'm jealous. Speaking to large groups of peers, auditioning for countless agents, being rejected, you name it he has experienced and mastered it.
This last month Ryker auditioned to be on his schools talent team that is heading to Hollywood in January for a week long focused competition and auditioning process. Leading up to January he is has stepped up the training with his team to prepare him for the experience.
When deciding on whether we should pursue this, my ask to Ryker was that he would give 100% and challenge himself. If he would stay focused, Sarai and I would help with the family logistics.
$6,000 will cover the conference, training, and trip expenses.
As we all know, working for your money is part of the benefit. In discussion with Ryker we decided to make this page in a first effort to get the message out. He is willing to do any job, if you have a job for him please message me. I fully expect him to be selling pumpkins and christmas trees this fall at the neighbors ;-)
Ryker is overwhellmed with the $6,000 figure, but I have told him that he will be surprised how a lot of small $'s can add up quickly.

As Ryker says, if you are a business (limited to 10) and can donate $100 or more, then your business name will be printed in the IMTA catalog and is elligible to be a tax deduction.
