Money for surgery

I broke my hand and consequently need surgery or I'll never be able to use it properly again. I type for a living and need my hands.  I also suffer from chronic fibromyalgia for which I have run out of disability insurance for. I cannot afford to take time off work to have this surgery, let alone recover, as I am on the edge of being homeless for a second time.
