Eye Surgery (Keratoconus)

Justin Mangual is in need of eye surgery as soon as possible. The disease is called Keratoconus which is the thinning and buldging of the cornea. Justin is 22 years old and insurance does NOT cover this procedure. He is currently only able to see 10% out of his left eye, and 25% in his right eye and both eyes progressing at a rapid rate. The surgery would be performed at The Mile High Eye Institute in Englewood CO.
