Eye surgery for blind cat

I adopted a male one year old cat from the shelter today and i need help paying for removal of his infected eyes and to suture them shut plus vaccines. Being a widow i cannot do this alone and would appreciate your help. I had a kitten 3 yrs ago with the same condition Dr Pohl did the surgery.
