Eye Sight for Tia Hilda
Donation protected
Tia Hilda is in desperate need of surgery to save her vision. She has cataracts as well as additional swelling, hemorrhaging, and because surgery has been delayed for financial reasons there is also possible muscle loss. Just to remove her cataracts will cost $5,400 for a basic surgery with higher risks. A more advanced procedure is available but without insurance it is $12,500 out of pocket. Prescriptions, additional testing, diagnosis, and treatments are completely outside of these amounts. For instance, a single one of her medications is in excess of $600 a month. Meanwhile she is also trying to keep her diabetes stable. Currently, her vision is diagnosed at the point of legal blindness, more so in the left eye than the right.
She is unable to do many activities without assistance. This surgery is the difference between blindness and independence via her regained vision. Any donation will go directly towards the cost of her procedure, her medications, and her appointments. Thank you in advance for any help whether it be through donations, sharing, or prayers for a full and total healing.
If you have any questions at all please feel free to message Norma Gonzales or Tori Griggs.
