Eye cancer, HowardLeePoskey, need help please

Hi there,
my name is Howard Lee Poskey, and I'm a born again Christian who needs financial help to pay for a necessary eye-removal surgery that we can't afford.
You see, I have been diagnosed with uveal melanoma in my right eye. It's a very rare, aggressive, and dangerous cancer. Therefore that eye needs to be removed before this cancer spreads into the rest of my body and kills me.
I'm not afraid of death, but I have a wife and 6 year-old little daughter whom I love and want to be here for.
And because I'm a truck driver by trade, I'm now unemployed. This cancer has ended my career as well. And to make matters more difficult, my wife is disabled.
I have private medical insurance, but the only doctor in that's qualified to do this surgery doesn't operate in a facility that my insurance covers. So the bottom-line is, all of our medical expenses will have to come out-of-pocket, (my insurance won't pay for any of it).
If the Lord puts it on your heart to help us financially, we would certainly appreciate it.
The hospital facility cost is $7108, the anesthesia cost is $1100, the surgeon's cost is $1200, and the pathology cost is $2500, which totals $11,908.
(The prosthesis cost is unknown to us at this time).
Therefore we are seeking to raise $11,908 for this much-needed, and time-sensitive surgery.
