Extinction Rebellion Southern Tasmania Legal Costs
Donation protected
Extinction Rebellion is an international movement that uses non-violent civil disobedience to urge governments to act now to halt mass extinction and minimise the risk of social and ecological collapse.
In nipaluna / Hobart 17 courageous rebels, including 3 Knitting Nannas, were arrested and charged during the recent Spring Rebellion for blockading the exits to Parliament House demanding urgent action from politicians to tackle the climate and ecological emergency.
This is where you come in.
We need your help to reach the goal of $10 000 to help with paying fines and legal costs.
Please donate anything you can, and share this page widely with your friends, family and on social media.
If you’d like to find out more about our movement and actions, please find Extinction Rebellion Tasmania’s Facebook page here.
