expenses to get cancer treatment

Hi I was diagnosed 4 years ago with nueroendocrin cancer. I lived in NJ and was seeing  a specialist in NYC. My husband was tranfered to Fl .In the beginning I was traveling to NY every 3 months. As time went on it became impossible. I have 3 children 2 in college 1 in HSI need surgery for thyroid surgery. The doctors here even oncologist feel with all thats going on I should travel to NY or TX. My husband works 2 jobs we are barely getting  rent paid. I cancelled appts for June due to no money. I also need to see specialist in Denver cancelled appt too. I have a form of Lung Cancer never smoked and being here in humidity is rough. I need to start treatment at Sloan Kettering where my doctors are. Iwould like to go over summer or I have to put off till next summer. I need to be here when my high schooler starts school.I spoke with doctors here in Fl and they said could not start treatment here. Alot is not known about this cancer. I develped diabetes from this cancer and my numbers are high 400 in morning. As of last year they found tumors in my liver. I really need to be seen. I need to travel to Denver and NYC. I need gas , copays part of hotels are covered friends gave me their points and am staying with family in Denver.Our 2012 car just wont start as of yesterday, needs work. thats on hold so I will rent a car. I never did anything like this before but I am desperate and would like to be here for my kids. Thank you in advance for everything.
