In Loving Memory of partner Martin Pugh

I am David Matthew Carswell, the partner of Martin Edward Pugh.

The untimely death of Martin has been devastating. Especially for all those whom Martin has touched with his kindness and support through his work in healthcare. His time was cut too short. 

I have been his partner for the last 10 years. Martin took on the burden of providing two-thirds of our living expenses and we lived paycheck to paycheck. His passing has left me both emotionally and financially strapped. 

I am seeking funds for unpaid bills (rent, utilities, storage, etc.), cremation fees, and medical bills.

 I am also planning to repatriate Martin's ashes to his home of Shrewsbury, United Kingdom, as he requested. It will provide much closure-for myself to take him home. 

Any help would be very much appreciated. 

Martin mentioned from hospital that I should consider a campaign if the worst came to pass. “No-you’ll be fine, Martin” and I told him I was scared, and he said, "David, don't be afraid." That was the last words he was able to speak. 

I’m gonna miss him so much. He was my world.
