Fundraising for World First - Swim the Big Blue 2
Welcome to World-first expedition
Swim the Big Blue 2!
October 2022 - Africa to Brazil - 3,000 km Swim across The Atlantic Ocean,
for Charity, World-first Ocean and Human physiology Research.
We are fundraising for the amazing
Ben Hooper to help him with his final
few expedition costs (including safety equipment). Can you join Ben and his team today, to achieve the extraordinary in 2022?
If so, donate today and claim your reward of your name on the support vessel and name on our swim supporter page on Www.Swimthebigblue2.com/supporters-page/
Help save our oceans and support mental health charities as well as vital, world-first ocean and human physiology research.
Please read all about it on the STBB2 website and be sure to follow Ben's Instagram page for more details and the latest
updates. In return for your donation, your name will appear on the STBB2 website supporter's page scroll and support vessel.
Anything beyond this target will be donated (along with charity events in 2022-23) to all of Ben's chosen mental health and
ocean charities.
Swim the Big Blue 2 follows the 2016 expedition (STBB1) in which Ben became the first and only human to gain a verified
attempt to swim every single mile of The Atlantic Ocean (WOWSA, 2017).
Along the way, his experienced team will undertake research with ocean partners AtlantECO & Plankton Planet and human
physiology research with The University of Portsmouth, Extreme Environment Labs & Professor Mike Tipton, and Dr. Heather Lunt & Professor Igor Mekjavic of The Jozef Stefan Institute. Further, we are providing schools and research information across our website pages and all will be filmed for TV.
Together, in a time where the world needs to come together more than ever to recover from the pandemic and heal our world,
let us work together to unite our nations, help our children's mental health and give them a future, and a planet they deserve.
"TOGETHER, WE CAN ACHIEVE THE EXTRAORDINARY ."
