Expectant Mother Dana Ashley Critically Wounded
Donation protected
Dana Ashley is a home health care worker. She dedicates her life to her children, family and the clients she serves. Dana was 7 months pregnant when shot in the abdomen of a random shooting that occurred Monday, June 14, 2021 in front of her 3 minor children. Because of this she had to go through several different surgeries to save her and the unborn child. One including an emergency C section. She gave birth to a baby girl who is in ICU and eventually had to be taken to Wolfson due to her being premature and other underlining issues.
Dana is now in need of identifying housing for the safety of her and her children. She also needs financial assistance as she is not able to work and has to be rehabilitated due to nerve damage cause by the gun shot wound. With the increase in medical bills, clothing for the upcoming school year, clothing and other baby items for the newborn and other things pertaining to this now interrupted life, she really needs the help of the community.
She is unselfish and has always been a pillar of society. Your generous donations would be greatly appreciated.
