Exotic Animal Rescue Service

Our Cozy Creatures is an Exotic Animal Rescue, launched to provide a sanctuary to animals across Cumbria and the UK in their time of need. We are currently home to over 15 rescue residents, with that number rising weekly. As we are strictly not for profit, all the funds raised are immediately put back into the rescue, with all our team working as volunteers. However, we need your help to complete this life saving work. We have already had a number of animals handed over to us that have been kept in extremely poor conditions and it breaks our heart. We've seen Bearded Dragons in tanks without any light or heat, Snakes kept in shoe boxes and Turtles in tanks so small they can't even pass each other.  These animals need larger enclosures, specialist lighting, a proper diet and more. They need someone to care about them and love them.  Our team of volunteers are working tirelessly everyday to raise funds so we can continue our rescue operations and ensure we can help every animal that needs us but it isn't enough, WE NEED YOUR HELP. Exotic animals have very specialist requirements from large tanks and vivariums, to specialist heating and lighting. The cost of these items is rising everyday and so is the number of animals that need our help. The funds that you very kindly raise will be used to buy the correct enclosures, specialist lighting equipment, help with vet bills and so much more.  The lives of these animals are just as important as our own.
