Help John with medical bills.

Hello, my name is John Damoth. I am married to a wonferful wife, April Damoth. Together we have 4 children: 2 boys and 2 girls. I was diagnosed with oral cancer in January of 2014. I had extensive surgery to remove the tumor, and then went through 7 weeks of radiation. In August of 2014, at a follow up appointment, I was told that the cancer had come back on both sides of my neck along with a spot on lung. It was decided by the medical team that I would undergo chemotherapy. I started the chemotherapy two weeks ago. It has not been determined how long the chemotherapy will last.
