The HESCO barriers at Pershing Street gave way on the 38th day above major flood stage around 4 p.m. That sent water rushing into several blocks and sent people rushing to get out of the way! The  Mississipi River is expected to keep rising -- to 22.4 feet.

My parents Cris and Scott Ryder has started this new  Journey  With there  real estate company and the new building. They moved in the week of February 14th they put so much hard work and thought into this building not thinking about how bad the floodwaters would get this spring the put over $200,000 with a complete remodel of the building! They now faced a 50,000 insurance deductible and another rebuild of there office! Signs are ruined, they may have lost a smart car and have not seen the damage past that since water is still coming in.  Please help and share this is a tragic event that no one saw coming anything helps! We want to thank the support from our community and prayers toward everyone effected by this record breaking flood! Thank you all!!
