I've started this fund to help my courageous beautiful friend of 17 years, Charmaine “Mainey" Mckeever. Charmaine was diagnosed with colon cancer in January 2016 and is currently in stage 4. Charmaine has been such a warrior these past few years. She has been fighting with such grace and positivity; so much so, that many of you may not know her diagnosis until now.
I am writing for donations because Charmaine has decided to try a different path of healing on this journey. These years on chemotherapy have been unsuccessful, and have taken a toll on her body & spirit. This natural path led by Dr. Stephanie Reid will help heal Charmaine’s spirit, mind, and body. Unfortunately, this natural course of treatment is not covered by insurance and is rather costly. The money raised will help cover her expenses for her treatments and help her to focus on getting well. We all love Charmaine’s vibrant spirit, infectious smile, memorable voices, and dance moves; let's come together to support her during her time of need.
