Medical Trip for Mom

My mother has now been in the hospital for about a month fighting a very strong infection due to complications from surgery. As of last Wednesday, they had to remove almost all of her stomach, and a good portion of her intestines. For the forseeable future she will have to be on a feeding tube to eat.
I live in New York and work in the arts. I have just returned from a summer job and have depleted a good amount of money reintegrating into city life, so at the moment I cannot afford to go home to be by her side.

I intend to use the funds donated to book a trip back to Reno, NV and be with her for at least two months, or until she makes a dramatic turn for the better, while also providing for living costs while I try to find part time work in Reno as well.

Any and all donations are a blessing. I am not sure whether my mother will make a full recovery or not, but I know it will lift her spirits to see her son back home for a while.
